What is organizing, and how is the practice of leadership development and power-building different from the mobilizing campaigns we're accustomed to? How do we train organizing in the movement tradition, and how do we build our teams and campaigns to scale? 

Please join us for a brief introduction to the movement organizing tradition and an overview of the Democracy Teams Initiative. We'll share the roadmap and history of the 12-workshop Ganz/Leading Change Network course (typically taught over four straight days) and what you can gain by being a part of this second pilot effort running from Nov 17 to Dec 20.
