Sujin J. Noël

Sujin is a freelance coach and consultant, supporting organizations and their leadership in developing their strategy, teams and culture towards more diversity, equity and inclusion. She facilitates processes around cocreation, conflict and change, and supports BIPoC activists in growing their leadership and organizing skills and building power in their communities.
Sujin completed the Leadership, Organizing and Action (LOA) course at HKS and trained as a Public Narrative coach. She is currently forging her Deep Democracy skills with the Processwork Institute in Germany.
Sujin joined the Leading Change Network in 2020. She is also a Senior Fellow with Humanity in Action and proud member of Radikale Töchter (“Radical Daughters”). Sujin works internationally but has made Berlin (Germany) her home, where she enjoys the luxury of a car-free life.
